We aren’t as resilient as previous generations and the less resilient we become, the less resilient the future generations become. Currently resilience is either taught through abuse, or neglect. Through being a hard ass parent and forcing you to be resilient, which builds resentment. The other way is through neglect, like with me. You learn resilience through not having any skills and then being traumatized and having to learn resilience. Not enough people are taught how to be resilient in a healthy way. It should be standard parenting practice. Our bodies and minds need to be resilient and capable of dealing with reality. Resilience is the skills and mental state to cope with the reality of the world and your life within it, enabling you to thrive and not be swayed by anything outside of you. The strength, understanding and skills to not be subjected to your own emotions and feelings and deal with the constant onslaught of external existential threats we are manipulated to fear, in order to freeze us. Don’t be frozen by feelings. Learn to be resilient so you can be moved to do something to fix the problem, or just live life. Read More "Resilience"

I have had a life of amazing things cause I collect times Ive been fully in the moment. If Im searching for something, somewhere, someone, outside myself, or get lost in my head, then I wont be collecting new amazing experiences. What make an amazing experience for me is when Im fully immersed in what Im doing. Not thinking outside of the moment, not analysing how I feel, being fully present. I can do that for everything. I dont have to wait for something big enough to demand my full attention. It is the attention to bring to everything I do so that even the smallest activity is an event. I won’t collect new experiences by thinking about what to do. I will collect new experiences by being present in what I am doing. Read More "3/18/22"

A study on the domesticated human and a exercise in uncovering the wild human animal.
My Philosophy A study on the domesticated human and a exercise in uncovering the wild human animal. In a hopes of defining the natural human species real basic needs and ideal state, that haven’t been shaped by the exploitation the race has been subject to for milenia, and instead find what would be the ideal environment for the healthiest version of the natural wild human, given all the extra knowledge we have gained and the tools we have for implementing complex ideas, and come to some kind of goal or point for which humans can all aim. As one species. The domesticated human is currently floundering in the environment made by few for the detriment and enslavement of many. I hope my analysis can shed some light on a system that would make the comfort of the human body and mind, of the many, the priority. The way in is through sex. Sex is the most fundamental human experience that has been twisted and used the most to control and domesticate humans and disconnect them from their bodies and each other. Im my philosophy the wild human is a social sexual species. The connection between all humans is the thing the system has twisted into “Love”. The different types of intimacy that would have been a constant within the society, defining what we have come to see as “different types of love”. Our physical reality and its comfort was our primary goal. Touch types, caring in the sense of for the young and elderly, body work on physical dysfunctions that would signal a need that body has to the other humans, maintenance of comfortable reality, ie stretch, massage, facia work; grooming; sensual; sexual pleasure; reproductive; comfort; protective; aggressive; touch that helps define the roles of each human in the society,… Read More "A study on the domesticated human and a exercise in uncovering the wild human animal."
